Our Mission

At Wake Forest Physical Therapy, our mission is to provide the highest quality physical therapy in a fun, energetic and motivating environment.  Our philosophy of treatment includes a focus upon a hands-on approach in a modern facility with a highly trained and caring staff of physical therapists. 

Wake Forest Physical Therapy was founded in 2003 to serve patients from the North Raleigh area, Wake Forest, Rolesville, Youngsville, Franklinton, and other outlying areas. We provide physical therapy to patients of all age ranges, from the young, to the young at heart. We treat the injured worker to the weekend warrior, and the average athlete to the professional athlete. Whether you have been injured at home, at work, on the playground or ball field, or in a motor vehicle accident, we can help.

We are providers for most major insurance plans, including BCBS, Medicare, and Workers Comp.
