Appointment Scheduling

Typically, patients can receive their first appointment within 24 to 48 hours of calling our office, and sometimes can even be seen on the same day.  We strive to get each patient into the clinic as quickly as possible and at the most convenient time possible. 

Insurance Plans Accepted

Wake Forest Physical Therapy participates with most major insurance plans.  A list of those major plans can be seen below.  If you are in need of physical therapy, you may not need a referral to be treated, but it is always best to check with your insurance plan prior to your first visit.  If you have any questions or do not see your insurance listed below, please contact our office at (919)570-7080, or email us at info@wakeforestpt.com. 
If you do not have insurance and are in need of physical therapy, we can work with you to make your cost as affordable as possible.
As a courtesy to our patients, Wake Forest Physical Therapy files the insurance claims for you.
